This character is almost exclusively found in the idiom 大快朵頤, which describes the act of eating with great pleasure and satisfaction. Outside of this specific literary set phrase, it is rarely used in modern spoken Cantonese to refer to the cheek. Instead, native speakers use 腮 to describe that part of the face.
