How it's used
Despite the literal meaning of god, this term is used ironically to describe someone who is still learning to drive and often lacks confidence on the road. It is frequently used by other drivers to explain why a vehicle is moving slowly or behaving unpredictably in traffic. You will often see the character 學 displayed on the back of these vehicles to warn others.
